1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 88taya3 website and any associated services, features, content, and applications offered by 88taya3 (collectively, the "Platform"). Access to and use of the Platform is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on 88taya3, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 88taya3 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds and bonuses.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 88taya3 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88taya3 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 88taya3 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. 88taya3 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

88taya3 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, subject to applicable law.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 88taya3 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Supported deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as listed on the Platform from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your 88taya3 account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 88taya3 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, contact 88taya3 customer support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• 88taya3 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including a government-issued ID and proof of payment method — before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will not be processed where the account balance includes uncleared bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements.
• 88taya3 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) are typically processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

88taya3 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which 88taya3 accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

88taya3 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 88taya3 promotions include:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited.
• 88taya3 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitation of technical errors — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 88taya3 will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 88taya3 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, 88taya3's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

88taya3's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status is final and binding, subject to applicable regulatory oversight.
